How secure is my data?
No one other than you will have access to your database. Also, the campaigns require minimal data, e.g., First name, Last Name, Company, phone number and email address.

The Partner Grid servers are Symantec Security certified. All data is protected by state of the art security and hosting facilities.
You may delete your database at any time (NOTE: All campaign data will be lost at this point).

What happens if someone complains about spam?
All emails sent from the Grid have an opt-out facility – if a contact opts-out from one of your Partner Grid campaigns the Partner Grid will never send that contact an email again, even if you continue to send emails in future campaigns.

You will only receive a complaint if you load up prospects who haven’t given permission. Existing clients and permission-based prospects are compliant with the Spam Act.

Furthermore, the terms and conditions for using the Grid specifically prohibit any spamming.

Any partner found spamming will be immediately terminated from the Grid.

Elastic Digital is proud of its record in helping our clients comply with Anti-Spam legislation and helping them obtain excellent responses to their campaigns. Therefore, we have several mechanisms for helping you comply with our anti-spam policy. Here are a few of them:

   - Until we have approved your account, links from your emails to your campaign microsite will not be activated.
   - We monitor blacklists and abuse accounts all day every day. We can pinpoint who is causing us delivery problems or attracting complaints very easily.

If we do discover that you're emailing people without their permission, we will terminate your campaign immediately.

In the end, it's really common sense. Put yourself in your contacts’ shoes. If they don't recognize who you are or aren't interested in what you're sending, they'll think you're a spammer. It's that simple.
